The mission of PMC Financial Services is to provide organizational and financial consulting for manufactured/mobile home resident groups seeking to purchase their community, through programs (including arranging financing) which accomplish the acquisition, construction, refinance, upgrade, and/or rehabilitation of manufactured/mobile home parks. The company provides such services in California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Arizona and Idaho.
PMC Financial Services was formed in 1992 to provide real estate consulting and investment banking services involving affordable housing projects. Deane Sargent is Managing Director for Manufactured Housing Programs for PMC Financial Services, and, since 2008, is located in Ashland, Oregon, after having lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for 25 years.
Helping Mobile Park Homeowners Buy Their Park
Deane specializes in providing organizational and financial assistance to resident groups, seeking to acquire their park. He has already provided consulting services and financing to about 40 resident and nonprofit corporation purchase and financing transactions totaling approximately 4500 home sites and continues to help mobile homeowners to buy their park.
Extensive Experience in Finance and Real Estate
Deane has extensive experience as a real estate investment banker and multifamily housing lender. He has a BS in Economics from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Denver. Mr. Sargent is a California Real Estate Broker, a General Securities Principal (Inactive), a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive), and an Oregon Mortgage Broker (Inactive).
Deane served three terms as a trustee of the Hillsborough, California City School District (K-8). Deane and his wife Cora were named the 2004 Hillsborough Citizens of the Year.
